Offgrid Outback Lamb Curry

Good old Aussie lamb, you can't go past it. This little number is a recipe inspired by the mountains of Nepal. Goes down a treat with Offgrid's Good Rice or Garlic Potatoes.. maybe even get fancy with some yoghurt.
